Rocco was raised in Bari, Italy. As a child he worked in his parent's Trattoria where he made pasta, ragu, and gelato. later, Rocco went on to attend the world famous Culinary Institute of Alberghiero Armando Perotti. He has worked in restaurants in both Europe and the United States. Hi lives with his wife Belkis and son Justin in San Clemente.
